Corporate
Social Responsibility
PCS
is committed to fostering an environment of good corporate citizenry
based on ethical and socially responsible business practices, as well
as extending this model to the greater local and global communities.
The intent of the Phoenix Care Systems, Inc. Corporate Social Responsibility
(“CSR”) initiative is to build upon the already existing culture of
stewardship promoted within the vision, objectives, and missions of
the corporation and its subsidiaries, and as reflected in its employees'
commitment to the lives of those we serve.
To
this end, the PCS CSR Council organizes quarterly service projects
in which employees may participate. The form of these projects may
be fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, food/supply drives, and charity
events participation.
Examples
of the CSR activities in which we currently participate:
Annual company-wide
food drive, benefiting Feeding America and other local food banks
in our subsidiaries' communities;
NAMIWalk Greater
Milwaukee, benefiting the goals and mission of the Greater Milwaukee
chapter of National Alliance on Mental Illness.
